All returns must be pre-approved by One Stop Power Shop prior to the return of the product in order for proper processing. A return authorization number must accompany the product that is returned. A credit may be applied toward your next purchase or an exchange/replacement may be made. One Stop Power Shop will do their best to salvage the grip. One Stop Power Shop is not responsible for any shipping costs or grip replacement incurred with a return/exchange transaction. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge. Customer is responsible for any shipping charges when returning product.
